Joseph P. Le


Joseph’s practice focuses primarily on business litigation, transactional, and family law.

Joseph graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles receiving a triple Bachelor’s degree in English, Political Science, and History.  While at UCLA, Joseph also studied economics and management accounting, worked in the Political Science department as a bibliographer, and interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office in the Trial Support Division.

Joseph received his J.D. as well as a concurrent Masters of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, respectively, completing both degrees in under 2.5 years.  He studied international dispute resolution in London, Geneva, Hong Kong, and Beijing.  While at Pepperdine, Joseph was the chair of the Dispute Resolution Society, the Republican Law Students Assocation, and the Trial Lawyers Club.  Joseph was also a member of the Moot Court Board, coached a champion moot court team to the semi-finals of the Constance Motley Baker Moot Court Competition, and was a finalist in the regional American Bar Association Negotation Competition.  Joseph also served as business editor for the inaugural edition of the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.

Before starting Le + Pelletier, LLP, Joseph externed for the California Court of Appeal under Justice Madeleine Flier, and for the General Counsel of JAMS End Dispute.  Joseph has also served on mediatior panels for both Los Angeles County and Orange County.  

Joseph is a member of the American, California, and Orange County Bar Associations and is a member of the Law Practice Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the California Bar.  He currently volunteers as a small claims court mediator for the Orange County Superior Court and the Orange County Human Relations Council, and serves on the board of directors for a non-profit organization supporting schools in the community where he grew up.  Joseph is conversant in Vietnamese and enjoys cooking.
